L'itinerario delle iniziative – costruite intorno all’intervento di Aldo Fortunati e Barbara Pagni – è partito con la Conferenza nazionale di Glasgow (Scozia,14 settembre), proseguendo con il seminario di Cardiff (Galles, 17 settembre) e Dungannon ( Irlanda del Nord, 18 settembre), per concludersi con il Convegno presso l’Istituto di Tecnologia di Carlow (Irlanda, 19 settembre). Al programma, coordinato dalle organizzazioni facenti capo alla rete Early Years, hanno preso parte complessivamente circa 700 persone fra cui educatori, studenti, responsabili di servizi pubblici e privati e docenti universitari. Grande interesse per i più recenti materiali di ricerca della Bottega di Geppetto e per gli ultimi volumi realizzati di cui sono state diffuse le edizioni in lingua inglese. Al margine delle iniziative scientifiche si sono svolti incontri istituzionali bilaterali fra cui di particolare rilievo quello con il gruppo interdipartimentale del dipartimento delle finanze del governo Nord Irlandese. The journey of the events - built around the speech of Aldo Fortunati and Barbara Pagni - has begun with the National Conference in Glasgow (Scotland, September 14), going on with a seminar in Cardiff (Wales, September 17) and in Dungannon (Northern Ireland, September 18) to end with the Conference at the Institute of Technology in Carlow (Ireland, September 19). The programme, coordinated by the organizations that belong to the Early Years network, has seen the participation of around 700 people in total, educators,  students,  private and public ECEC service' providers,  University professors.  Great interest for the most recent research materials produced by Bottega di Geppetto and for the last publications that have been diffused in the English version. At the side of the scientific events some bilateral and institutional meetings have been realized, among this, expecially interesting, the one with the interdepartmental group of the Finance Department of the Northern Ireland Government.
